Titanium chips regeneration
Resource-saving technology of Titanium chips regeneration includes the following main operations: crushing, washing, drying, magnetic separation, barbecuing, sealing capsules, hot extrusion.
With the increased requirements for a compact metal plasticity (> 10%) pressed pellets from chips are recasting in vacuum arc furnaces, and the ingots to transform by traditional technology of hot-rolled or forging.
