The email «ÝÏ-5287Ì» is designed for        paintworks over exterior and interior surfaces of products in order to obtain anticorrosive protective and decorative coatings as well as moisture protection:

  1. Protection products in demanding conditions, including wet subtropical, marine atmospheric conditions with a guarantee of protection products with steel and aluminum alloys to 20 years without direct exposure solar radiation;
  2. Protection products in the industrial conditions in the environment of petroleum products in weak acid (pH> 2) and alkalis, including direct contact.

RUBBER LATEX  TONER ANTISEPTIC PAINT FOR WOOD COATING - «ÝËËÀÄÀ»

The paint «ÝËËÀÄÀ» intended to inflict on the surface of newly dressed wooden structures, garden and kitchen furniture, construction (except deck floors) in order to obtain antiseptic translucent and toner coatings, to identify the structure of wood. The paint is using for coating exterior and interior surfaces.

ANTIRUST AQUEOUS EMULSION COMPOSITION «ÝÌÂÀÊ-û

The composition «ÝÌÂÀÊ-û  is designed to protect products of ferrous and nonferrous metals, kept in unheated premises and under the canopy for periods ranging from 1 month to 2 years against corrosion (depending on the degree of dilution by the water).

The paint-remover «ÝÏÎÊÑÈÍ - 3» designed to eliminate curing polymer materials, including epoxy (paints, compound, etc.) products from surfaces of ferrous and nonferrous metals via using immersion in a hermetic washing unit .

POLYMERIC COMPOSITES
«ÑÊÀÒ-1» & «ÑÊÀÒ-2»

 

The polymeric composites «ÑÊÀÒ» is intended to cause metal and non-metallic (concrete) under the water surface in order to obtain anti-erosive and anticorrosion coating.
The composite « ÑÊÀÒ-1» - primer, reddish-brown color is markings under water directly to the prepared surface of the metal. The composite «ÑÊÀÒ-2»- finishing, bright-yellow color, is markings under the water on the metal surface tentatively coated by composite « ÑÊÀÒ-1» or directly on the concrete surface.

FLAME RETARDANT PAINT
«ÎÇÊ-50»

The fire-protective paint«ÎÇÊ-50», is khaki and green colors intended to infringe on the surface of wood products in order to give hard-wood properties of fuel (impermeable) material and metal structures to protect from overheating and loss of load capacity during the fire.

ANTIFRICTION GREASE
«ÐÅËÜÑÎË-1»

ÒÓ ÀÄÈ 460-95

The lubricant «ÐÅËÜÑÎË-1» is intended for lube angel crests of wheel-pairs in rail-way transport equipment on the way plots with the small bending radius, aiming reduce their wear and tear. Lubrication provides a coefficient of friction0,09-0,1  under the loads equal up to 7-10 t/cm2 as well as decreases speed and reduces wear in 15-20 times; protects against atmospheric
corrosion.

ANTIFRICTION COAT «ÑÒÌ-14»

The ball-on-flat coat «ÑÒÌ-14»  is designed to ensure efficiency and protect against corrosion of large parts and high-loaded components and dry friction blocks, working in conditions of air and deep vacuum, air and sea marine water (ball bearings in high-loaded shock-absorbers, large units of friction of underwater part of drilling platforms, in space and missile technology).

The ball-on-flat coat «ÑÒÌ-11»  is designed to ensure efficiency in blocks of dry friction in a precision machinery, operating in conditions of high temperatures and high vacuum.

The ball-on-flat coat «ÑÒÌ-11»  is designed to ensure efficiency in  large blocks of dry friction, operating in different environments, including marine conditions.

ANTIRUST WATER-EXTRUSIVE
COMPOSITION «ÂÀÊ-Ì»

ÒÓ ÂÇ 56-87

The composition «ÂÀÊ-Ì» is designed to protect products from ferrous and nonferrous metals for up to 2 years in cold, temperate and tropical climates in the unheated premises against atmospheric corrosion(«Ó2, ÓÕË-2, Ò-2» in accordance with government standard «ÃÎÑÒ 15150»). The composition «ÂÀÊ-Ì» has water-extrusive properties (displaces moisture from the surface), prevents the hostage-handed corrosion. Forms thin (3-5 microns) protective oil coating which does not require preliminary removal  during operations of machining, assembly, control. Protects against corrosion during interoperation storage and transportation.

IRREVERSIBLE
HEAT-SENSITIVE MARKS

ÒÓ ÀÄÈ 517-2001

The irreversible heat-sensitive marks represent adhesive paper labels with black and white image, indicating the operating
temperature. The marks bonded to the surface temperature-controlled products and
are intended to control the temperature exceeded in the process of storing or
exploitation of products. After a while a single surface heating to the specified temperature in label or above, it appears irreversible colored stain. Depending on the temperature hitting three brands of the marks are manufactured: «ÌÒÈ-50í» for temperature at 50°C; «ÌÒÈ-60í»  for temperature at 60°C; «ÌÒÈ-70í» for temperature at 70°C
Marks are irreversible, after appearing  colored stains on them reapplication is impossible.

CURRENT-CONDUCTING EMAIL
«ÕÑ-928»

The current-conducting coating «ÕÑ-928» is designed: to inflict on the surface of metal assemblies of ferrous and nonferrous metals to provide electrical contact between individual parts with a minimum value of the transition resistance and anticorrosive protection, and non-metallic surfaces for painting in order to give electro-conductive properties in the fight against static electricity and to create electrostatic screens. Per-unit volume electric resistance of email coating «ÕÑ-928»  , is no more than 0,2 ohm*cm

CURRENT-CONDUCTING EMAIL   «ÕÏ-5237»

The current-conducting coating «ÕÑ-928» is designed: to inflict on the surface of metal assemblies of ferrous and nonferrous metals to provide electrical contact between individual parts with a minimum value of the transition resistance and anticorrosive protection, and non-metallic surfaces for painting in order to give electro-conductive properties in the fight against static electricity and to create electrostatic screens. Per-unit volume electric resistance of email coating «ÕÑ-5237»  , is no more than 100 ohm*cm

LIQUID «ÁåòÀ» to create separation layer between the concrete and the timbering

 

The liquid form "BetA" is intended to create a layer of separation between
and concrete cast formwork made from metal, plastic or wood (including homogeneous fiber wallboard or reconstituted particle board). Formed anti-adhesion coating provides:

  1. quick and easy disassembly of form, remove impurities from the remnants of dried concrete from formwork, from concrete-mixers, cement-mixers, other mixers, mud flumes and other equipment;
  2. the smooth concrete surfaces without spots;
  3. protection of the formwork metal surface from corrosion;
  4. inflict on concrete surface without paint coatings preliminary preparation.

ANTIRUST CURRENT-CONDUCTING GREASE «ÌÎËÍÈß»

ÒÓ ÀÄÈ 226-85

The lubricant «ÌÎËÍÈß» is intended to provide electrical contact between coupling surfaces in container-launcher with the surface resistance lowest value in order to protect against static electricity, as well as to protect connected metal surfaces from corrosion. Specific volume resistance lubricant «ÌÎËÍÈß» is no more than 10 ohm*cm.

REPAIR TECHCNOLODGY for  reinforced concrete dams of hydroelectric power stations and their and rocky ground, waterproofing foundations of buildings and constructions working  in contact with water environment.

 

The FSUE”CRIM” in cooperation with the B.E.VEDENEEV ALL-RUSSIAN RESEARCH INSTITUTE
OF HYDRAULIC ENGINEERING (VNIIG)and Sayano-Shushenskaya hydroelectric station developed the repair technology for concrete dams of hydroelectric power stations and their and rocky ground, waterproofing foundations of buildings and constructions working  in contact with water environment. This technology, basing on pumping the water curing polymer compound in dam body or dam embankment under the pressure of 500 atmospheres. The
developed local compound is overworked in accordance with «ÒÓ ÀÄÈ 483-99»,has the hygienic certificate « ¹ 78.01.06.225.
ÒËÇÇ 15.03.99 of 15.03.99» was successfully tested at the rocky grounds repair of the dam Sayano-Shushenskaya HES. After sealing the cracks in the rocky grounds of the dam by specified method under pressure up to 30 atm., the filtering of water through the repaired sections almost completely ceased.

ANTIRUST PROTECTION FOR STORAGE AND TRANSPORT

 

It means the developed materials and technologies to obtain the chemically resistant epoxy-based coatings and fluorinated polymers. The use of epoxy materials for this purpose due to non-toxic curing coatings, as well as extensive experience in wide use of epoxy lacquer as internal coatings for steel food cans.
Suggested coating possess high chemically resistance, including against weak acids and alkalis, petroleum products, as well as to solutions with ethanol concentration in 60-80%, at temperatures no higher than 40-50°C.

EMAIL «ÝÏ-103»

ÒÓ ÀÄÈ 548-2003

The email «ÝÏ-103» is designed  to infringe on the wet metal (steel, iron, aluminum, etc.) and non-metallic (concrete, cement and sand and plaster ties, asbestos rubber tile, etc.) in order to obtain surface coatings which protect against corrosion, erosion and excess moistening in the work operation in atmospheric conditions and in aggressive environments: alkalies, weak acid and liquid petroleum products, as well as products required to make decorative species.

LUBRICATE «Ñèëèêîð-Ì»

ÒÓ ÀÄÈ 514-2001

The lubricant «Ñèëèêîð-Ì» is intended to protect anticorrosive surface in connected blocks of products, operating in the marine environment, including direct contact with sea water. Lubrication not have a negative impact on Rubber Technical Products.

ANTIFRICTION COAT for bearing parts « ÒÏÊÇÌ-ÇÎ-1»

ÒÓ ÀÄÈ 559-2005

The lubricant is a coating for the ring support « ÒÏÊ ÇÌ-ÇÎ-1», made from steel
«09X16Í4Á» in contact with bearing part, made from steel « Õ18Í10Ò».Antifriction coat ensures operability of friction units
under the load up to 200 MPa (20 kgf/mm2) with a friction coefficient equal to 0,08-0,12 and can be operated in a maritime climate of Type 3 by the classification of State Standard  «ÃÎÑÒ 15150».
