Development of technology for cleaning oil tanks and waxed pipes from pollution from granules of a dry ice and autonomous installation of granulate recovery
Proposed cleanup meets the most stringent environmental and fire-protection regulations, and the rotary installation permits to provide processing of pipes in oil wells without their pollution by foreign waste product.
The effect of treatment is achieved both by impact pellets to disperse the centrifugal force on contaminated metal surface, and as a consequence of drying effect of ice upon impact.
The proposed method is widely used in the U.S. in the oil, automotive, space and other industries.
Method of cleaning oil tanks and waxed pipes from pollution via dry ice granules allows:
remove deposits of oil, paraffin, rust without damaging surfaces and cleans without losing metal strength;
ensure the disposal of oil and paraffin postponed without pollution by foreign products due to the volatility of gaseous carbon dioxide;
ensure fire-protection safety;
delete the removal and disposal procedure for cleaning product such as dry ice because of its sublimation;
delete the rust with a metal surface luring the cleaning.
