Equipment for the oil industry

Replacement of balloon-type autonomous settings used for water flooding by autonomous hydro - gas pipe accumulators for a working pressure of up to 40 MPa.


The production of pipe hydro - gas pipe accumulators like autorider which replaces one on the basis of balloon-type autonomous with compressed natural gas is mastered to date.

Advantages:
Pipe HGA have improved features for constructive strength and security in comparison with gas cylinder;
It does not need a new production of cylinders, because production has already existed and fitted with equipment and certified test benches for and hydraulic and air/hydraulic test facilities of PHGA.

Semi-automatic device of displacement tool for selective pump-down into wells (TSPW)

Advantages:

Crown tool of the extra-hard material with leak-free electric drives for the formation of by-lane drifts through radial holes of TSPW.


When using crown tool from extra-hard material in rocks the driving of small-diameter drift (up to 19 mm) is fulfilling via drilling with bore-bit done from ultra-hard “Skeleton-D” material at a speed over 4 m/sec.
The potation is provided by double electro motors of unilateral type via flexural or telescopic shafts, simultaneously, in 2 radially opposite directions.

Advantages:
Durability increasing of gear system in 10 times;
Independent ensuring a smooth and discrete regulation of the speed, while maintaining the force moment keeping on the shaft;
Leak-proof-ness ensuring and work in any environment without expensive special protection measures.
