Electron beam wedding (EBW)

There are 45 - years of experience developing technologies EBW in the manufacture of steel structures of different classes, including high, on the basis of titanium alloys, alluminium, nickel, copper and refractory metals.

Advantages ELS:
-- Rugged welding is possible without completely cutting edges mechanically processed details of a thickness of 0.3 to 100 mm;
-- Concentration of power in 1000 may again exceed the arc for such processes, which significantly reduces the width of the seam zone and thermal power, provides a notable lack of deformations design;
-- Does not require additional protection zone welding of atmospheric gases.



Installation of electron-beam welding with energy-agregate ELA-60/15 ELA and T-50 / 5 T (designed for welding line, ring and circular stitches product dimensions to 600 × 800 mm with a thickness of 0.3 welded edges up to 30 mm without their cutting).
